Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the LeadSence application ("LeadSence", "Service"), developed and maintained by LeadSence Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License and Access

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the LeadSence managed package within your Salesforce org, subject to these terms and the pricing plan selected.

2. User Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.

  • Use the Service to transmit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.

  • Share or reuse your OpenAI API key across unauthorized systems.

3. Data Usage and Privacy

LeadSence uses your provided OpenAI API key to process emails and records via the OpenAI API. All API requests are made directly from your Salesforce org; we do not store, process, or transmit your data outside Salesforce.

Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) ensures full control over API usage and compliance with your data handling policies.

We do not access or retain any customer data unless explicitly authorized for support purposes.

4. Billing and Payments

Billing is handled via [AppExchange / Stripe], according to the selected pricing plan. Fees are billed monthly or annually, and you agree to pay all applicable charges unless cancelled in advance.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in LeadSence, including logos, designs, and software, remain the property of LeadSence Inc.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or specific AI model accuracy.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Service.

8. Support and Updates

Support is provided via email at [support@leadsence.app]. Updates to the Service may be released periodically and will be applied to all active installations.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if payment obligations are not met.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Your Country or EU jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.
