If you authorize the Leadsence application within your Salesforce environment, the application accesses data strictly via designated Permission Sets for insights purposes only. We do not query or access your entire database.

Activities: Description To extract context from logged tasks and events.
Leads Description To evaluate incoming lead details and identify key information.

No External Storage or Querying:Leadsence never stores, caches, or queries your Salesforce data on external servers. This zero-storage architecture is strictly enforced.

Data Isolation: Your Salesforce data remains strictly within your Salesforce instance unless you explicitly authorize any other third-party AI processing

To generate advanced insights, LeadSence processes text data using secure AI models. To give your organization complete control over your data pipeline, we fully support Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) capabilities:
Default Configuration: By default, the LeadSence package utilizes our secure, enterprise-grade company OpenAI API keys to process insights.
BYOK Configuration: You can easily configure the system to use your organization's custom OpenAI API key. Implementing your own key ensures that your Salesforce data never leaves your organization's approved AI security and compliance boundary.
